Real Madrid Castilla welcomed Shakhtar Donetsk to Spain’s capital for the second match of today’s fixtures in the UEFA Youth League. Los Blancos won the match 6-1. In this article, we review Iker Bravo and Vinicius Tobias’ performances.
Iker Bravo
Superb performance from the 17-year-old. He gave the Shakhtar center-backs a horrid 90 minutes. He led the press from the front, cut passing lanes, linked with his teammates well, and sporadically used his speed to run in behind.

His first goal symbolized his performance. He received a square pass from César Palacios, opened up his body with his first touch, nutmegged the defender with his second, and slotted it home past the Shakhtar keeper.
Vinicius Tobias

Throughout the match, the Brazilian showed neat feet to beat players and get out of tight spaces while being aware of his defensive responsibilities. His offensive contribution was limited as Madrid predominantly attacked down the left, but he always hugged the touchline to provide width when they needed an outlet. He capped off his impressive performance with an assist to Palacios in the 71st minute.
